I had to explain to her that we have no idea, but we think that he's more of an assisted living client. There is a community shower, and she took us and showed us that room. I thought it was interesting, but it is memory care and there are no showers in any of the rooms. She showed us the rooms, and they were very nice. Natalie was very welcoming, and she showed us everything and the price range. It was very impressive, but it was just for memory. We toured The Crossings at Flower Mound, and it was very nice. The staff we met was very nice and very knowledgeable. It's a nice place in that respect and if we could have, we would have put her in there the first time, but we didn't have the ability to at the time. They have one where you can be by yourself or you can have a bigger one to share. When we looked at the rooms, they were very clean. We liked The Crossings but they didn't take Medicaid so we're trying to see what we can do now. We didn't know about the veterans' thing back then so now we're building on what we've learned since she went into another place. We had already toured it once before too but since it was self-pay, we couldn't get my mother-in-law in. ![]() We also know my mother-in-law wouldn't be able to do most of them. ![]() They also have exercise programs, but we don't know what kind. Yesterday, during our visit, they were planting a garden. They are very caring and they have things for the people to do where they don't stay in the room bed all day.
